  • It all begins with our 30 minute discovery call!

    This call provides us a chance to get to know each other, and answer any questions you may have regarding our process.

    If you decide we are a good fit for your firm to partner with (and we hope you do!), we will send you our Recruitment Agreement and move onto next steps!

  • Our next step is to facilitate a seamless, remote intake and onboarding process.

    At this time, and if applicable, our team will craft a custom job ad based on your candidate persona and best SEO practices. You will review and approve everything prior to publishing

  • We attract candidates:

    1. Create a sourcing strategy and identify our key targeting metrics and approach.

    2. Organically through our job postings to all the major job site platforms;

    3. Direct outreach to our 4,500+ network of legal professionals across the country and;

    4. Active and advanced talent searching, executive recruiting and sales to passive candidates

  • a. We screen all applicants that come through our database with the eyes of a legal background. Our legal recruiting firm is managed by former paralegals with senior level experience in law firm settings. We can talk the talk because we’ve walked the walk.

    b. We conduct an in-depth preliminary interview wherein we get to understand the candidates’ professional background, soft and hard skills, experience, job retention consistency, objectives, and career goals.

    c. The candidates we move to our short list are asked to complete a highly advanced personality job fit screening specifically designed and geared towards the paralegal or attorney profession and reviewed by trained psychologists.

  • When we feel we have a candidate worthy of your review, we upload a complete candidate package to your client portal.

    Each candidate (at a minimum) is submitted with:

    1. Resume
    2. Candidate summary
    3. Candidate scorecard completed by Del.Trust, and ready for your additions
    4. Personality Assessment
    5. References

    We work with you regarding your scheduling preferences for their interview with your law firm.

  • a. At any time in the process of your interviews, we welcome you to self-schedule an analysis meeting with us to discuss the candidate(s) and make determinations if further assessments are necessary.

    b. We are here as your legal hiring and team development consultants to provide professional opinions, suggestions, and guidance in making our final selections.

  • We assist through the negotiation process and getting that offer accepted.

    We will work with your preferences to complete the background and employment check of the hired candidate.

    Our background checks come as a part of our fee.
